In healthcare and other time-sensitive industries, scheduling is especially complex: high compliance requirements, unpredictable demand, and strict operational constraints. The opportunity was to bring proven shift-management and worker features into a flexible VMS product—improving usability, adoption, and the reliability of core workflows.
Responsibilities
Shipped core workflow surfaces including Dashboard, Calendar, Timesheets, and list-based operational views to support daily execution. Modernized UX patterns and information architecture to reduce friction in high-frequency scheduling and worker actions. Partnered with stakeholders to align roadmap sequencing with go-to-market priorities and enterprise customer needs.

- General Platform UX — as UI lead, responsible for WCAG compliance and accessible design.
- Shift Management — portfolio ownership of shift workflows and enterprise scheduling reliability.
- Mobile App — worker-facing experience improvements to drive adoption and time-to-value.
- SOW & RFX — statement of work support for structured requests and engagements (scope, approvals, and tracking).
- Rate Guidance — guidance patterns to improve pricing consistency and decision quality.
- Compliance — Brought enhancements to tasks and checklists.
- Communication Features — Designed Announcements, Message Center, and Notes Feed enhancements.
